between 2021 and 2022 he worked in the housing design department, focusing on the design of single-family homes. His tasks included creating preliminary sketches, architectural designs, municipal submission plans, and construction documentation. From 2024 on he has been dedicated to medium and large-scale commercial buildings, as well as high-rise buildings.

UBACyT 20020190100280BA: Paisaje urbano en área de borde: una aproximación metodológica desde el interdiseño sustentable
The current project studies the territorial characteristics of urban edge areas, with a particular focus on discovering the livability conditions within their landscape units. It uses the northern edge of the City of Buenos Aires as a case study, particularly the condition in relationship to Av. General Paz in Puente Saavedra, Av. del Libertador and Plaza. The UBACyT project is led by Dr. Guillermo Tella and co-directed by Architect Analia Fernández.

UBACyT 20520230100012BA: “Gentrificación urbana, mercantilización del suelo e identidades en transición.
It seeks to investigate the processes of urban land commodification as a result of nominal differentials in urban codes, and their subsequent effects on identity dynamics in the intervened territory. It uses the Núñez neighborhood in the City of Buenos Aires as a case study, spanning from the 1970s to 2020, from an anthropological perspective, and deepening on urban economics and identities. The project is led by Mastering student Nicolás Groppa.

Logísticas de actuación y mecanismos de gestión del suelo en playas ferroviarias desactivadas: el caso de la ciudad de Buenos Aires en el periodo 2000-2020.
This project aims to understand the paradigms of urban intervention, distinguishing between the conceived, the built, and the practiced city, using as case study the repurposed railway yards between 2000 and 2020 in the City of Buenos Aires. It is led by doctoral candidate Marcela Martínez de Aza.

EVC-CIN program: EVC11-UBA18120 “Áreas de borde”
The project is part of the Scientific Research Stimulus Program, which contributed data to the research "Urban Landscape in Edge Areas: A Methodological Approach from Sustainable Interdesign." This research deepened the theoretical framework of Landscape Units and the categorization of the units corresponding to the northern edge of the City of Buenos Aires. Surveys of livability conditions were conducted, and interviews with users were carried out. The project was led by Nicolás Groppa, under the fellowship direction of Dr. Tella and co-direction by Architect Fernández.

PIA PUR-15: Las infraestructuras urbanas básicas como políticas de inclusión en los procesos de urbanización en la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (RMBA)
This project analyzed access to basic infrastructure in the metropolitan area and its impact on inclusion policies, with Pilar and its access to hydric resources as case os study. The project was directed by Doctoral Candidate Luna Noel.
